Question by scratchgolfer1722: My boss is a total jerk, I work at a private golf course where im a bagboy nd my boss always sees wrong things?
I am a bag boy and my job is to clean up golf carts after members use them and I also clean their clubs. I have other jobs like fixing up the driving range and things like that. I always do everything I can to do my job, but my boss always finds something wrong such as today where me and my co-worker did everything right except he said that we were going too slow. Why is he a total jerk?

The members expect more. You should do you job better. If you were slow, then the members (who pay your salary) think you are too slow. He is just relating to you and your buddy their feelings. They are tipping you because they are nice.
