I’ve golfed since I was little probably like 9 or 10, but I just got serious about golf now, I’m 16, And I’m looking for tips to becoming a better golfer or exercises I can do to be come a better golfer. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks a lot!

The best thing that I have done is stretch allot before and after practice and a round. Being relaxed starts with all muscle groups. One thing I like to do is, I use an old club in my pool and slowly practice my swing in slow motion. The pool gives good resistance and going slow keeps the club face in the proper position. It’s a bit unorthodox, but it seems to work. If a pool is unavailable use a weight system for your middle irons and practice swings. I do not favor working out with heavy weights in the gym as bulky muscles tend to get in the way. Good luck.
