Question by : Does the average golfer of today tend to be more a swinger of the club or a hitter of the golf ball?
Is the modern equipment so easy to get the ball airborne that players aren’t learning how to swing thru shots.

You’re exactly right. i see good and bad players alike hitting at the ball with such force that the technique of swinging the club is absolutely lost in the pile of muscles and sweat that is thrown at the ball. I have seen a few swingers though. Most of them are older – Mid 30s and up better than average players, but i have yet to see anyone under the age of 30 that swings the golf club.
