back pain in golfers?
Question by asdasdadasdasdasdsdsdad: back pain in golfers?
ive been having back pain on the upper part of the back and when i move my arm it feels like im pulling on a nerve. When i swing the club it feels like a tingling pain down my back to my shoulder. What should i do about this. it has happened to me before. Any advice. ive tried streching and it makes it worse. ive also tried to build up muscle but that dosent work either

I’ve had a similar injury and my doctor identified the problem as a nerve being pinched in the spine. Anti inflammatory’s helped as well as some exercises. Rest and cold/heat helps. Surgery is the final option
