Question by myhrcat: does any pro golfer align his hands on the swing plane?
I see a lot of videos saying that keeping your spine angle consistent and aligning your hands on the swing plane is more efficient and accurate, yet every human being, casual player, or instructor I’ve met says this is a great way to have a terrible slice, and hurt your lower back. They tell me to put my hands about one hand’s distance from my body. I admit that I don’t have any back pain from golf anymore, but I can’t hit as far, or as accurately as I used to. In my opinion, focus extremely hard on your golf game this year, while working part time. Also, are you playing in lots of amateur tournaments? By doing this you will get your name recognized by as many people as possible, therefore giving you a higher chance of getting sponsorship.
