strength training for golf?

golf season is finally here!…i am a female golfer and i was thinking about training for a little bit stronger swing. just some simple exercises that will help strengthen my core and arms. does anyone know the best ways to stay in shape for a good golf season? thanks!

I actually downloaded a program for golfers last year that might help. Send me your confidential email address and I’ll email it to you since you can’t get it directly off a website (I accept emails). It was developed by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Pick me if you like it.

But if you don’t want to email me, you can click this link to download a free report. It’s got some good exercises but the one I’d email to you is much better and also discusses mental preparation and stretching exercises.
