Seems golfers have more than Mulligans help when golfing. Modern Folklore – or is this something old I never heard of?

If you mean specific golf fairies, it’s probably not old or new. When we are on good terms with the Good Folk this is what they do.
Golf itself dates to the 11th century, so it is very likely there have been tales of pixies or goblins who have attached themselves to specific courses. And whenever anything good happens it is customary to thank the fairies, if you want to stay on good terms with them.
This is most likely a reference to the tooth fairy, however. An appropriate one, but still more traditional, most likely, than the cartoonist knows.

i already have some abs bt theyre nt very defined. i really wnt them to be more noticable. how long will it take for me to get a 6 pack or 8 pack or whatever. and what types of stretches workouts should i do? i normally do some sort of exersize everyday and i can take a lot so im open to anything. thanks.

here is my ab workout and its working pretty well for me
CRUNCHES—100
LEG RAISES—50
LEG HOLD—10 SEC x 5
REVERSE CRUNCH—100
BICYCLE CRUNCHES—50
SIDE CRUNCHES—25
PUSH THOUGHS—100
OBLIQUE CRUNCHES—50 EACH
DUMBELL SIDE BEND—50 EACH
SIT-UPS—100
you dont have to do that many if your just starting
you must also eat healthy, do cardio(since your a track runner you already do that) adn drink a lot of water
