Hands and forearms are important so wrist and arm curls are good in the weight room. Legs are also very important for a solid base and balance so toe raises and squats for calves and thighs. Then probably MOST important is the trunk or mid section, abs and lower back. So lots of crunches or sit-ups. Congrats on realizing that the better shape you are in the better golf you will play – so many people think they don’t have to be fit for golf and then end up with sprains and injuries.
